preparation | 12.7g(0.05mol) of fully ground iodine, 40mL of ethyl acetate and 50mL of acetic acid are added to a 250mL three-neck flask, 7.5g(0.054mol) of SPC is added in batches under stirring, and the addition is completed within 20min. Add 2, 6-dimethylaniline 12.4mL(0.1mol), stir at 20~25 ℃ for 0.5h, raise the temperature to 45~50 ℃, and reflow for 1h. After cooling, the mixture is poured into an aqueous solution of 200mL w(Na2SO3)= 5%, and after full stirring, the organic phase is evaporated to the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain a black-purple solid crude product, and the white acicular crystal 4-iodine -2, 6-dimethylaniline is recrystallized by n-hexane 10.5g, and the yield is 42.5%. |
